don’t turn on when the sun sets. “They’re gonna need those lights,” said parent, Alexander Juarez. “Anybody can come and snatch a kid up.” It’s one of those problems that just seems to persist says homeowner, Ronald Newman. He estimates as many as 16 of the street lights on the roadway are not working properly.
